I am a motivated and result-driven senior architectural professional with more than 20 years experience with creating architectural designs and implementing contract administration for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects including infrastructure industries. I have a proven track record of developing creative designs to meet client specifications and budgets with demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques to foster a shared vision for development of high-quality projects.

A 4-star hotel with steel structure in Kermanshan, Iran.
In 2008 I was assigned to the project as Construction Inspector by Bureau Veritas.
My responsibilities included drawing reviews, site reviews, construction inspection, and liaison with stock holders and contractors. In addition, I conducted material tests and reviewed test results from on site and off site laboratories and reflected site issues accompanied by proposed solutions in comprehensive reports to the construction manager and other parties.
